Mechanical Flange Spreader ATEX 9,4 ton Twin Kit

The MSW9TEX Twin Kit is an expanded version of the MSW9TEX Single Kit, with one additional mechanical flange spreader from MATCH. More importantly, each of them has a spreading force of 9.4 tonnes (94 kN). The operator manually controls the tools independently using the two provided torque wrenches. What is more, this arrangement increases stability and work efficiency, especially during operations requiring even separation of flanges.

The kit is ideal for maintenance and installation in petrochemical, power and marine applications where safety and precision are essential. The minimum insertion width of each spreader is only 6 mm, which allows for operation even in very confined spaces.
