HSW15TEXHPBEX Twin Kit – HSW15TEX flange spreader + HP350BEX pump kit, complete ATEX kit

The HSW15TEXHPBEX Twin Kit ATEX flange spreader with manual pump is a fully certified service solution. The kit is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres – ATEX zones 1 and 2 (without PU case). It consists of two HSW15TEX hydraulic spreaders and an HP350BEX hand pump kit with two HHEX hoses.

MATCH has designed spreaders that generate a total force of 31 tonnes (2 × 15.5 tonnes) to safely separate flange connections in the petrochemical, energy and marine industries. The minimum insertion width is only 6 mm, making the tools extremely effective in confined spaces.

The P350BEX double hand pump with ATEX certification powers the kit. It includes two connectors, two 1.80 m HHEX hydraulic hoses, a pressure gauge, and adapters. The pump holds 0.35 liters of oil and comes in a practical transport case. The whole set is ready for immediate use with the HSW15TEX Twin Kit.
