The HSW15TEX Twin Kit hydraulic flange spreader is an advanced service tool. Specially designed for simultaneous operation of two cylinders for even greater stability and efficiency. It generates a total spreading force of 15.5 tonnes (155 kN). Due to its two wedges, this model is ideal for separating large flanges in industrial applications where symmetrical force distribution is important.
Technicians can insert the device into gaps as narrow as 6 mm thanks to its well-thought-out design, which proves useful when replacing gaskets, valves, and other installation components. Its compact size and robust construction enable users to operate it even in hard-to-reach areas. To operate the Twin Kit spreader, users need to connect an external hydraulic pump. We recommend using the HP350BEX pump, as it is specifically adapted to work with the dual-cylinder setup of this device.
The HSW15TEX Twin Kit model is ATEX certified. Firstly, this allows for safe operation in explosion hazard zones 1 and 2 (without a PU case).
