The HSW15TSCEX integrated spreader is a professional tool for spreading flange connections, distinguished by its integrated hydraulic pump. In addition, it is ATEX certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (zones 1 and 2). Thanks to its robust design and spreading force of 14.5 tonnes (145 kN), the tool effectively supports daily maintenance, installation and commissioning work, including the replacement of valves and gaskets.

Engineers designed this integrated flange spreader for safe and effective operation in harsh industrial environments. The tool operates completely independently, without the need for an external pump. The entire unit can be operated underwater or on the surface by the operator using the built-in hand pump. The spreader’s design allows it to start working with a minimum gap of 6 mm, making it ideal for applications in confined spaces.
