HSW15TEXHPA Single Kit – HSW15TEX Flange Spreader + HP350A Pump
The HSW15TEXHPA Single Kit is a complete work set that combines the HSW15TEX hydraulic flange spreader with the HP350A pump set. MATCH has created this solution for users who need a ready-made set of tools for service and maintenance work on flanged installations.
The HSW15TEX flange spreader generates a force of 15.5 tonnes (155 kN), effectively separating flange connections even in confined spaces. The minimum insertion width is only 6 mm. The device is ATEX certified, so it is suitable for use in explosion hazard zones 1 and 2 (except for the PU case).
The HP350A kit includes a compact P350AEX hand pump with a single connector. The 0.35 litre tank and maximum pressure of 700 bar allow for precise actuator supply. It is also compatible with, for example, HFA9T, HLW18T Single Kit. The set also includes a 1.80 m hydraulic hose, pressure gauge and adapter – all packed in a practical case.
The HP350A kit is not ATEX certified, so the entire kit should only be used outside of potentially explosive atmospheres. It is ideal for the mechanical, energy and offshore industries, where mobility, ease of use and reliability are important.
