MFA1T Mechanical Flange Alignment Tool – 1.0 ton (10 kN)

The MFA1T tool is a compact and powerful mechanical flange alignment tool designed for the alignment of misaligned flanges in industrial installations. The device generates an alignment force of up to 1.0 tonne (10 kN) and operates entirely mechanically – using the included crank handle.

Thanks to its simple design, the MFA1T is ideal for typical assembly, service and maintenance work, such as replacing valves, gaskets or pipe connections. The tool is often used in combination with wedge spreaders, e.g. HSW15TEX, MSW9TEX and HSW15SCEX, which increases efficiency when working in tight spaces. The minimum bolt hole diameter required to use the tool is 16mm.
