HFA9T Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tool – 9,0 ton (90 kN)
MATCH’s HFA9T is an advanced Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tool for positioning flanges that are misaligned or out of alignment in piping systems. The tool generates an alignment force of 9.0 tonnes (90 kN), enabling users to lift, lower, and align heavy flange connections quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Users power the HFA9T with an external hydraulic pump (not included). Therefore, MATCH recommends the use of the HP350A pump and hose kit, available as a set with the HFA9THP version. This provides the user with a complete configuration ready to operate in demanding industrial environments.
The unit requires a minimum mounting hole of 35.5 mm in diameter, making it suitable for installations with large flanges, typical of the energy industry and many others. In addition, the tool is suitable for the installation and removal of valves and seals during service and maintenance work. In addition, the entire set is housed in a case, so it is handy and easy to transport.
