The HFA9THP Kit is a hydraulic flange aligner with pump, a service solution for flange installation, maintenance and repair professionals. The kit combines the HFA9T hydraulic tool with an alignment force of 9.0 tonnes with an HP350A hydraulic hand pump. This combination creates a complete working kit, ready for operation.
The HP350A pump is a key component of the kit – it has been designed to precisely power hydraulic tools operating at pressures up to 700 bar. Thanks to its lightweight and compact design, it is extremely mobile and easy to handle. At the same time, it ensures efficient operation even under industrial conditions. It has a 0.35 litre tank, a control pressure gauge and an integrated safety valve. In addition, the included 1.80 m hydraulic hose provides adequate working range, allowing the operator to control the tool comfortably.
The HFA9THP pumped hydraulic flange aligner is the perfect solution for petrochemical plants, refineries and power plants – wherever precise flange alignment is important. Although not ATEX certified, the HP350A pump is ideal for environments with standard safety requirements.
