Integrated Hydraulic Flange Spreader ATEX 14.5 ton

The HSW15TSCEX integrated flange spreader is a robust and reliable tool designed for use in industrial installation maintenance. It generates a spreading force of 14.5 tonnes (145 kN), which allows for effective separation of flange connections. The built-in hydraulic pump eliminates the need for external power sources, which speeds up work and facilitates transport.

The tool is ideal for replacing valves, gaskets, elbows or entire sections of pipelines. The design of the device allows technicians to insert it into gaps as narrow as 6 mm. Its compact dimensions enable users to operate it in hard-to-reach and confined spaces. Moreover, a single person can easily operate the spreader, which helps reduce the number of technicians needed for the job.
