Description

Hydraulic Flange Spreader ATEX 15.5 ton

The HSW15TEX hydraulic flange spreader from MATCH is a professional service tool with a spreading force of 15.5 tonnes (155 kN). Designed for safe separation of flanges in industrial installations. Thanks to its compact design and minimal insertion width of only 6 mm, the tool is ideal for use in confined spaces, e.g. when replacing gaskets or valves.

The HSW15TEX model is powered by an external hydraulic pump.

The HSW15TEX Single Kit and HSW15TEX Twin Kit do not include a hydraulic hand pump or hoses. MATCH recommends using the HP350AEX pump kit for the single version and the HP350BEX for the double version.

The ATEX certificate enables users to safely operate the device in zones 1 and 2 explosive atmospheres (excluding the PU case).
