The HSW15TEXHPAEX Single Kit spreader with pump is a complete, ready-to-use solution for professionals working in potentially explosive atmospheres. The kit includes: a HSW15TEX hydraulic flange spreader with a force of 15.5 tonnes (155 kN) and an ATEX-certified HP350AEX hand pump, complete with an HHEX hose and a transport case.
The HSW15TEX spreader effectively separates flange connections even in very tight spaces – the minimum insertion width is only 6 mm. The tool is ideal for replacing valves and gaskets in petrochemical, offshore, power and refinery installations. The ATEX certificate (zones 1 and 2) confirms its readiness for use in explosive atmospheres (excluding the PU case).
The HP350AEX pump set supports 700 bar tools such as the HSW15TEX Single Kit. The 0.35 litre tank ensures efficiency and mobility. The kit also includes: a 1.8 m ATEX-certified HHEX hose, a pressure gauge, an adapter and a single hydraulic connector. The whole set is delivered in a durable transport case, which facilitates storage and transport in demanding working environments.
