HSW15TEXHPB Twin Kit – HSW15TEX Twin Kit Flange Spreader + HP350B Pump
The HSW15TEXHPA Twin Kit includes 2x HSW15TEX flange spreader and an HP350B hand pump kit with a double connector and a set of accessories. It is an advanced hydraulic kit designed for separating flange connections in the most demanding industrial conditions. The whole set is a ready-to-use solution for service, repair and installation applications.
Each of the two HSW15TEX spreaders generates a force of 15.5 tonnes (155 kN), which gives an 31t total. Thanks to a minimum insertion width of 6 mm, the tools are ideal for working in confined spaces, e.g. when replacing gaskets, valves or dismantling flanges.
The set also includes an HP350B hand pump, which, thanks to two hydraulic outputs, can easily operate both actuators simultaneously. The pump achieves a pressure of up to 700 bar and has a 0.35 litre tank. This kit can also be used with other tools, e.g. the HLW18T Twin Kit. The kit also includes two 1.80 m long hydraulic hoses, a pressure gauge, adapters and a set of connectors. Everything is stored in a sturdy transport case.
The HP350B pump kit is not ATEX certified, so users can only be used outside of potentially explosive atmospheres. It is an excellent choice for the energy, mechanical, offshore and industrial service sectors, where power, mobility and speed of operation are key.
