Hydraulic Flange Spreader ATEX 15,5 ton Twin Kit incl. HP350B Hydraulic Hand Pump Kit

Hydraulic Flange Spreader HSW15TEX with spreading force 15,5 t (155 kN) is actuated by an external hand pump. These tools are used in common installation, commissioning and maintenance processes, such as the replacements of valves and gaskets. A minimum opening of 6 mm is required to insert the tools. 

It is ATEX certified for use in the hazardous areas in zones 1 and 2 (without PU Case) *Please note the difference between ATEX and non-ATEX rated Kits and Components.

 

 

HP350B Hydraulic Oil-tight Hand Pump – Hose KIT Double Connection

Oil-tight hydraulic hand pumps ATEX from MATCH have been specially developed to operate in all directions without loss of performance. This includes underwater applications.

Can be used with all 700 bar tools within their oil capacity specification, e.g. HSW15TEX Twin Kit, HLW18T Twin Kit. Each pump kit includes pressure gauge, adapter, coupling and two oil-filled 1.80m hydraulic hoses with couplings.
