The SWi2025TEMAXEX ATEX spreader is the MAXI version of the popular SWi2025TE hydraulic flange spreader from Equalizer International, equipped with ATEX certification for safe use in hazardous areas (Zones 1 and 2). The tool provides a powerful spreading force of up to 25 tonnes (250 kN) at 700 bar. The increased working range makes it ideal for separating large flanged joints in harsh industrial environments.
The design with the unique Equalizer wedge with interlocking first step ensures stability and safety. Requires a minimum access gap of 6mm. This ATEX spreader allows for a greater spreading range, making it indispensable for applications requiring high spreading and reliability.
