The SWi1214TMEX mechanical flange spreader is a special version of the renowned SWi1214TM mechanical flange spreader from Equalizer International, equipping it with ATEX certification. This allows users to safely use the tool in potentially explosive atmospheres (Zones 1 and 2). The manufacturer has designed it to work in demanding industrial environments where safety and reliability are key.
This model retains all the key technical parameters of the basic version:
- Expanding force up to 14 tonnes (140 kN)
- Minimum access gap: 6 mm
- Spreading range without blocks: 6-87.5 mm
- Range with step blocks: 48.5-103.5 mm
- Tightening torque: 175 Nm
