Mechanical Valve Out Spreader 7,0 ton 18, 22, 26mm Kit

The MVOS7T-1826 Kit is a mechanical valve spreader designed for safe and effective separation of flange connections in situations where classic MSW or HSW spreaders cannot be used. The tool spreads flanges from 0 to even 1000 mm – without the need for an initial gap (so-called zero gap). It is ideal for spreading flange-to-flange flanges, such as NORSOK Compact Flange, or for direct work on the valve body.

The device generates a spreading force of up to 7 tonnes (70 kN) and allows for precise work during installation, removal, replacement of gaskets and valves. In addition, it is indispensable for maintenance and installation work in the heavy industry, petrochemical, refinery and energy sectors.
